ph3665 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph3665 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account is being used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other players or the integrity of the platform.
• Continued account operation would place ph3665 in breach of applicable regulatory requirements.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been violated.

Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, ph3665 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money balances not implicated in any breach will be returned to the player's last verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for final resolution.

ph3665 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on ph3665.club no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Your continued use of ph3665.club after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your ph3665 account before the amendment takes effect. Any real-money account balance outstanding at the time of account closure will be returned to your verified payment method.
